We walk past an older homeless lady every day on the way to nursery. She always smiles when she sees my little boy on his scooter. I make a point of having my son wave hello and show off to her what he’s learnt to do on his scooter because I know she enjoys seeing him. I don’t know her story but I hope this can add a little bit of sunshine to her day.
